Official transcripts will not include in-progress courses. A course must be completed with a final grade assigned before it will be reported on a transcript. If documentation of enrollment is needed before completing a course, there are a other documents available:
1. Enrollment Confirmations: You can obtain an Enrollment Confirmation for an in-progress course by logging into your Extension student portal at extension.berkeley.edu. Navigate to the “My Enrollment History” page, and click “Print” next to the course to print or download the document.
2. Enrollment Verifications: If alternative documentation other than an enrollment confirmation is needed, the Extension Registrar's Office can draft a document on UC Berkeley Extension letterhead confirming a student's current course enrollment. Information on the document include a student's name & Extension student number, the course(s) that they are enrolled in, course title(s), start and end dates for the course(s), and units.
